What is the maximum ambient temperature in which I can use my HydroForce?

I recently purchased a HydroForce, hooked up the air and water lines, but only air comes out of the nozzle. Why?

The probable cause is inadequate air flow and/or air pressure. Be sure to use an air line that provides adequate air flow to the HydroForce and confirm that all air fittings and connectors are adequately sized and offer no restrictions. Ensure that the operating air pressure measures between 80 and 120 psi.

What OSHA standards govern the use of air guns?

Two OSHA standards apply: 29CFR Part 1910.95 (a) for noise exposure and 29CFR Part 1910.242 (b) for compressed air safety.

Can I tape down the trigger to keep the air gun on?

While OSHA doesn’t prohibit it, Guardair advises against taping triggers, as it disables safety features and can be dangerous.

Most in-plant air compressors operate at pressures between 80 and 120 psi. This is the range we recommend.
